Sharing Books at EB Ellington Elementary

This is a much delayed post as I only just realized I didn’t share this amazing event back in November 2024! We were (and are!) so thankful to EB Ellington Elementary for having us out on the friday just before Thanksgiving break. We were able to give away a little over 1,000 books, with each class at the school spending time browsing the improvised shelves on the cafeteria stage and taking home the books that brought them joy.

It’s a wonderful feeling to see kids get excited about books!
